We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

2. Free Returns

BlushClip proudly offers FREE returns for eligible orders.

Once your return request has been approved, our customer support team will provide detailed return instructions.

Please do not return products without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) and payment processing times are determined by your financial institution.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund when appropriate.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they enter processing.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for our return policy after delivery.

The quickest solution is often returning the original item and placing a new order.
